An OTC (over-the-counter) Network privileges card can be used to order a variety of items from the Tufts OTC catalog. Members in over-the-counter (OTC) markets CAN transact from one another. This transaction will be without the assistance of an underlying exchange or other intermediary. OTC marketplaces lack both market makers and physical venues.
